Whoever is in charge of the second phase of the Stores To Shores project on Nelson’s Hall Street is going to have their work cut out for them.

The City Of Nelson has stated they hope to complete the second phase next year.
It will involve infrastructure renewal under the main rail line as well as the daunting task of doing work on the main highway intersection which serves as the only way to access Lakeside Drive.
