A flooded resident of Grand Forks wants to tell her community’s story in a big way. Jennifer Houghton is in the process of creating a Grand Forks Flood Documentary looking back at May’s natural disaster. She feels that temporary housing is what the community currently needs most.
Houghton feels it’s a story that needs to be told.
She also says she could use some team members!
