The Grand Forks Border Bruins went 1 for 2 on the road this weekend. The Bruins were out-shot Friday in Fernie but Zak Larson was a brick wall in net, busting the Ghostriders 6-3. On Saturday there were over 120 penalty minutes across the board but the power play just wasn’t there for the Border Bruins. An explosive 2nd round from the Dynamiters left the Bruins in the dust, ending the game 8-3. Grand Forks is back at home facing the North Okanagan Knights Thursday, November 16th, puck drops at 7PM.
