On Friday the Boundary Country Regional Chamber of Commerce announced some organizational restructuring. The Chamber is taking a step back to re-evaluate it’s directive strategy, and says they’re putting a pause on day-to-day operations. Their board will handle operational duties in the mean time although their main focus is building a strategic plan and preparing for 2019. The Chamber also announced a mutual separation from Executive Director Kendra Begg.
BCRCC says they want feedback on how to best value the business communities they represent, adding they’re open to additional board members. The Boundary Chamber also says they have one of the youngest boards in the region and are seeking all different sorts of Directors. Juice FM has reached out for comment but has not yet heard back.
