The Canadian Mental Health Association has a program called Bounce Back right here in B-C. The program is free and can be done online.

If you need help with mild or moderate depression or anxiety, visit where you can find all the information on the program.

If you feel you need some help completing the program, free coaching is available via a doctor’s referral.
