Accused in Grand Forks manslaughter case re-arrested

A Grand Forks manslaughter case is back in court.

Sean Tiessen is accused in the April 2023 shooting death of Jeremy Lockwood, who passed away at the scene despite the efforts of rescue personnel.

A judge issued an arrest warrant when Tiessen failed to show up for court in September.

He was also re-arrested in March 2024 after being a no-show in court and could be facing another bail hearing.
