A man charged with assault with a weapon and uttering threats in Grand Forks is expected to plead guilty.
Ryan William Harp, who was born in 1990, returns to court next week where he’s expected to admit to the crimes. He’s also accused of breach of an undertaking in incidents dating to last September.
He was arrested on an outstanding warrant in February in the Phoenix area after police issued an appeal to the public.
He remains in custody.
