The Boundary Women’s Coalition has completed a website overhaul that it says advances its goal of creating safe spaces for women.
“These updates reflect our unwavering commitment to meeting the evolving needs of women and children experiencing or at risk of violence,” board chair Dani Collins said.
“The enhanced website and the powerful symbolism of the accompanying new brand reflect our dedication as a board, staff, and volunteers to provide essential supports and resources to women who need them the most.”
Designed to help women seeking safe, free, and confidential support and resources, the coalition said the re-imagined website offers a more user-friendly experience with enhanced functionality, streamlined navigation, and tablet and mobile phone formats.
Visitors can access a wealth of services ranging from safe housing, counselling, and advocacy, to resource programs and community support initiatives. The new website also helps connect current and prospective members, volunteers, donors, and community
partners who wish to support Boundary Women’s Coalition.
Alongside the new website, the coalition is unveiling its new logo. The stepping-stone design with way-finder petals symbolizes the journey each woman takes as she finds her way into a more self-directed and empowered life.
“The new website will serve as a central hub for women to access vital information, seek help, and connect with our supportive community,” executive director Meghan Hatley further explained. “Donations from supporters are also streamlined. We are excited about the expanded communication and outreach opportunities these changes bring.”
