Patients seeking walk in care may now do so in Grand Forks
Dr. Allison Carroll, who works at the Boundary Medical Clinic on Second Street, is now open on Tuesdays for walk-in patients.
Her husband Brian Coutts says wait times at some clinics were reaching two to eight weeks.
He hopes the clinic can also minimize unnecessary visits to the emergency room.
More days in the week may be added if the demand is there.
