Sentencing for a former Grand Forks city councillor on a drunk driving-related charge has been further delayed.
Michael Wirischagin was expected to learn his fate late last month.
But the hearing will now continue Oct. 19.
He was convicted of being in care or control of a vehicle while impaired with a four-year-old girl in the back seat.
