The Phoenix Foundation is celebrating 20 years of operation in the Boundary.
An event is being held at the Grand Forks curling rink on Oct. 11 at 6 p.m.
President Gary Smith explains.
The Phoenix Foundation has been supporting local initiatives for years, including funds towards the Canada Day airshow and revamped BMX track.
Smith adds he’s also continuing efforts to make September Community Foundations Month in BC.
