A hearing was held last week to consider their application for a new business license.
Mayor Frank Konrad says the owner should try again once marijuana is legal.
Konrad was in favor of reissuing the business license but the rest of council wasn’t.
Former dispensary owner Teresa Taylor wasn’t present for the hearing but did write a letter.
